Can I request an exact delivery time?
You can request a delivery time when you order and our team will make a note of it. However, we can't guarantee exact times since our routes are optimized for fuel efficiency and may change if a transfer station informs us they are diverting service.
What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. If you want to place an order outside business hours, you can get in touch via our online ordering form.
How am I invoiced for my dumpster?
We'll send your invoice via email. The quote will include the bundled costs of delivery, pickup and disposal so you can confidently budget for the rest of your project. Can I put regular trash in my dumpster?

No, you won't need a permit for placement in your driveway. If you need to put the dumpster in the street, apply for a Permit to Occupy Right-of-Way with the Westerville Engineering Department.
